Roles and Responsibilities. ● Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails. ● Understand customer needs and requirements to provide suitable solutions. ● This is a Target based role. ● Close sales and achieve monthly quotas. ● Perform online demos and product presentations to potential clients. ● Record all sales activities in the CRM system. Key Skills and Requirements. ● Minimum Exp:- 0-2 years(Relevant Experience or Freshers) ● Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar sales/customer-facing role. ● Self-motivated and willing to earn more incentives. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to understand customer requirements and handle objections. ● Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. ● Any Graduates can apply for this. ● Language Preference – English, Kannada, and Hindi (Multilingual) ● For 3 Months OJT with Target. ● Required aggressiveness in the sales.
